Requirements
- 3-5+ years of software development experience in a high growth environment
- Understanding and experience with front end applications, APIs, and back-end services
- Experience using React and Node.js
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using React and Node.js
- Build scalable and efficient APIs that support web and mobile applications
- Take a data-driven, iterative approach to building our digital products and enabling our teams to provide quality care to our members
- Communicate technical and non-technical audiences to understand goals and translate them into technical architecture and requirements
- Once project requirements are defined, manage cross-functional partnerships with data, product, etc., to communicate on requirements and deliver on new application functionality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or virtual care
- Experience with FHIR standard data modeling
- Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment
