Join Platform Science as a Fullstack Software Engineer II and contribute to the development of diverse desktop applications. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working with software development
- Develop and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications utilizing Java and Kotlin for backend development and Angular and React for frontend development
- Design, implement, and test efficient and well-documented code across the entire application stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Experience working with agile teams to define, design, and ship new features, participating in code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development principles
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the engineering team to build solutions for telematics products and platforms
- Develop using Java, Kotlin, Angular, and React
- Be responsible for the full life cycle software development activities including new product releases, upgrades, functional enhancements, defect resolution, and performance improvements
- Partner with QA and Operations to test and deploy changes to a product set up for continuous deployment
- Build scalable and sustainable solutions, utilizing engineering best practices in an agile, team-oriented and collaborative environment
