Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, including designing and building robust applications
- 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, writing advanced queries, and optimizing database performance
- Strong proficiency in C#, Angular and SQL, with a full-stack development mindset
- Hands-on experience delivering microservices-based solutions in a scalable, cloud-based environment
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including working in fast-paced iterative development cycles
- Experience delivering a product to market, with a focus on zero-downtime deployments through coding innovation
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Commitment to DevOps principles, understanding how automation and infrastructure-as-code enhance deployment processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong desire to take ownership of projects and drive innovation
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions in an Agile SCRUM environment using C#, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL
- Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases
- Perform mutual code reviews to maintain coding standards and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives
- Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring robust, scalable microservices-based backend development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with design patterns, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture
- Strong ability to optimize database queries and improve performance in high-scale environments
- Passion for continuous learning, open collaboration, and knowledge-sharing
