Summary

Ladders is recruiting a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead engineering teams and contribute to product development using modern Javascript or functional language stack. Requirements

• 5+ years Expertise with modern Javascript (ie. React, Typescript, Babel, Node) OR a functional language stack
• Experience with a variety of languages, stacks, and programming paradigms
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with non-engineering departments
• Deep knowledge of design patterns and algorithms
• Architected non-trivial solutions for a company at scale
• Curious, self-motivated, and an empathetic drive to solve problems
