Software Engineer Team Lead

As a Software Engineer Team Lead, you will mentor a team of blockchain core engineers, collaborate with other engineering teams, and optimize the performance of the company's Blockchain Distribution Network (BDN). This remote position, based in the EU timezone, requires experience in managing senior software engineers, hands-on blockchain development, and building highly scalable systems. You will integrate core systems with various blockchains and stay current with blockchain technology advancements. Requirements

• 2+ years experience in managing Sr. Software Engineers
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in blockchain, demonstrating proficiency in languages such as Go, Rust, or C++
• At least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems
• Experience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS
• Comprehensive understanding of trading and mining operations, leveraging insights to inform decision-making and drive innovation
• Exceptional English communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas through documentation, feedback mechanisms, and collaborative interactions
• Creative, independent, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of blockchain core engineers
• Partner closely with various engineering teams to conceptualize and implement new services
• Optimize the BDN's (Blockchain Distribution Network) performance by enhancing speed through innovations aligned with the blockchain protocol, network infrastructure, and consensus model
• Create offerings that leverage the speed of the data that passes through the blockchain distribution network
• Integrate our core systems with other blockchains such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana and other future blockchains on the roadmap
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in blockchain technology
