Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a frontend engineer
• Experience in development using TypeScript and Next.js
• Ability to communicate openly and proactively
• Ability to work remotely
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency
• Residency in Japan

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of client-customized web applications using Next.js based on client requirements
• Develop the development infrastructure, such as Tailor Design System and Tailor Packages, to accelerate client development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agile team development
• Experience in code review
