Champion engineering excellence, including CI/CD, test automation, and secure coding practices. Guide architectural modernization, including RESTful API development and UI/UX enhancements. Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless feature delivery across on-prem and cloud deployments. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade infrastructure or network software
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
  • Demonstrated experience managing remote offshore contractor teams, including setting clear expectations, maintaining alignment across time zones, and ensuring quality delivery

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of software engineers in Canada, Serbia and contractors in Vietnam focused on Integrity’s value added services
  • Drive execution of product roadmap initiatives in collaboration with Product Management and Architecture
  • Champion engineering excellence, including CI/CD, test automation, and secure coding practices
  • Guide the team through architectural modernization, including RESTful API development and UI/UX enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of features across on-prem and cloud deployments
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of DDI technologies, cloud-native architectures, and API-first design
  • Prior work with DNS, DHCP, IPAM platforms or network security solutions
  • Familiarity with BlueCat Integrity or similar platforms (e.g., Infoblox NIOS, EfficientIP)
  • Contributions to open-source projects or standards in networking or infrastructure
