Software Engineering Manager

Summary

Join Nozomi Networks' Security Research team as a Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of critical internal infrastructure for Threat Intelligence products. You will oversee projects enabling the collection, analysis, and sharing of intelligence on emerging threats. This involves managing a team, coordinating cross-functional projects, and prioritizing infrastructure initiatives, particularly those involving cloud technology. Success requires strong people management, technical skills in Python and Go, experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. The role demands expertise in monitoring and data visualization tools and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a technical team, with strong people management skills and a talent for coordinating cross-team projects
• Proficiency in Python and Go, with experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Familiarity with observability and performance monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Loki) to ensure operational insights and system reliability
• Practical experience with Agile practices, with a proven ability to apply them effectively in security-focused projects
• Ability to operate in environments requiring strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
