Requirements
- Technical degree: Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or math, or equivalent work experience
- Prior Experience: 3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering environment
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders
- Organizational Proficiency: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development concepts and comfortable working in a technical environment
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Cross-Department Initiatives: Facilitate communication and coordination between engineering, product, and other departments. Ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain Internal Business Systems: Manage and optimize internal systems for tracking engineering projects, team activities, and progress. Ensure data accuracy and system functionality
- Analyze and Improve Processes: Analyze existing engineering processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Bridge Technical Communication: Assist in translating technical information into clear and concise language for non-technical stakeholders
- Support Project Management: Assist in the tracking of project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and facilitating timely resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with project management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies

- Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $107,000.00 CAD per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant
