Summary

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related role in SaaS
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on execution
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Looker, Salesforce, and Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and analysis
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations for product and operations teams
  • A proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist product managers in identifying recurring issues, trends, and customer pain points related to legacy systems and how to effectively communicate and triage these issues
  • Provide regular feedback to CPO, CTO, and VP of Engineering about product stability
  • Assist Product Managers with Jira backlog, client and internal stakeholder requests, and performance concerns for legacy products
  • Track feature deprecations, organize internal documentation, and determine effective escalation protocol
  • Ensure that legacy product issues are properly documented, categorized, and assigned
  • Assist CS and PMs in answering migration-related questions and preparing FAQs or guides
  • Track customer migration progress, flag issues, and update documentation
  • Maintain migration tracking dashboards, compile feedback, and highlight trends for decision-making
  • Ensure that technical dependencies are accounted for and migration blockers are escalated
  • Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback to surface trends that inform product strategy
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide visibility into customer pain points and adoption trends
  • Work with Product and Customer Success teams to close the feedback loop with users and ensure insights lead to action
  • Assist in defining and monitoring team performance metrics related to product development, releases, and issue resolution
  • Partner with engineering, design, and product teams to remove bottlenecks and streamline workflows
  • Support sprint planning and backlog management by ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals
  • Help track Capex spending related to product and engineering investments
  • Support process improvements that enhance cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Assist in creating internal playbooks and training materials for new and existing product processes
  • Work with stakeholders to improve go-to-market readiness, ensuring that customer-facing teams are equipped with the latest product updates

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus
