Summary
Join Squadio's growing team as an innovative and experienced Software Product Manager! Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch, ensuring our software meets market demands and achieves business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to develop product roadmaps and execute strategic initiatives boosting customer satisfaction and product growth. You will define and prioritize product features, lead development cycles using Agile methodologies, conduct market research, and analyze user feedback to optimize the user experience. Maintain awareness of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure product relevance. This is a fully remote position offering competitive salaries.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products
- Possess a strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Have experience with user research and data analytics to inform product decisions
- Be proficient with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence)
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop detailed specifications and wireframes for new features
- Lead product development cycles using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new software products or enhancements to existing offerings
- Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies for product launches
- Monitor product performance and user engagement to continuously optimize and enhance the user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain relevant and competitive
