Remote Software Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Okendo as a Solutions Engineer to work closely with customers and internal teams to understand, scope, and build customized software solutions for e-commerce merchants. As a highly knowledgeable product and integration expert, you will become an engineer to build and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a software developer
• Intermediate/Advanced expertise with our tech stack: Typescript, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Node, React, Angular, AWS
• Knowledge of the Shopify environment, Shopify Liquid, and Shopify’s API

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and expansion teams by providing technical product expertise (API, Onboarding, security, customer data)
• Partner with prospects and customers to understand their requests and to gather technical requirements in order to recommend solutions that address their needs
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders by serving as a technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams, as required, communicating customer and prospect feedback, product bugs and gaps, building custom solutions for strategic accounts, and testing and providing feedback on Okendo APIs and new product releases
