Software Support Specialist

Summary

Join DSI, an AT&T partner, as a Software Support Specialist and provide first-level support to external customers and internal users. This work-from-home position, reporting to the West Des Moines, Iowa office, offers advancement opportunities. You will support software, interact with customers and users, ensure quality assurance testing, log bugs and feedback, collaborate with the Application Support team, and develop relationships across channels. Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Type a minimum of 30 words per minute
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
• Capability to adapt quickly to changes
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Support order entry and business management software
• Interact with external customers and internal users
• Ensure successful Quality Assurance testing for new features
• Logging and escalation of bugs and user feedback
• Work closely with the Application Support team on related projects
• Develop and maintain relationships between different channels and cross-functionally
• Competently work on multiple systems simultaneously
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Efficiently work with a team and independently
• Weekend hours may be required after the initial training has been completed
