Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • 3+ years of extensive SQL experiences, especially in data warehouse like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Vertica
  • Proficient skills in building report in BI tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or Chartio
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of product and marketing analytics in digital products
  • Customer success focused and get energized when you give a demo that dazzles and inspires your prospect
  • Great communication skills in verbal, written format as well as prepare and deliver presentations and demos

Responsibilities

  • Own and confidently deliver custom presentations, product demos, discovery sessions and Kubit's values to Directors, VPs and C-level executives
  • Couple your product and analytics expertise with your strong sales acumen, and work closely in your day to day with Account Executives, Product Managers, Product Development, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless buying experience for our potential customers
  • Help customers understand Kubit's services and features, improve their implementation, and support them through their development process
  • Understand and translate customer requirements into service specification, help scope and implement the Proof of Concept project
  • Respond to customer inquiries, primarily via Slack or email. If needed and when possible, travel to customer on-sites to deliver demos, presentations and training sessions to build strong customer relationships
  • Act as a customer advocate. Identify, document, and report bugs and customer feature requests to share with our Product and Engineering teams
