Solution Architect

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (IT, Business, or Communication), or equivalent working experience in related disciplines
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Solution Architect, or 5+ years as a senior developer or business consultant
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey goals and requirements in technical and non-technical terms depending on the audience
• Exceptional listening skills and ability to elicit underlying goals and challenges that drive the requirements
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex software solutions
• Familiarity with a wide range of technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, databases, APIs, microservices, monolithic systems, IPaaS platforms, and enterprise service bus platforms
• Solid understanding of security principles, data privacy, and compliance standards
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong proficiency in English language (C1 or above)

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions that align with industry best practices
• Documenting and recording business requirements, constraints, and priorities
• Leverage comprehensive architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical specifications for the proposed solutions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, timeline, and resource requirements
• Provide leadership and guidance to product and development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Support the sales team throughout the sales process
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, technical demonstrations, and proposal development
• Conduct technology assessments, evaluate existing systems, and recommend enhancements or upgrades
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery, from the sales process to project closure
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
