Solution Architect (DevOps & Cloud)

Summary

Gorilla Logic is seeking dynamic and experienced Solution Architects for their Service Areas: Cloud Engineering, Digital Product Development, Data & AI, and Delivery Transformation. The role involves 80% external efforts and 20% internal efforts, with key responsibilities in client engagement, solution design, technical leadership, delivery, strategic partnership, account management, sales support, and internal contribution.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience: 8+ years of experience in relevant fields. 5+ years of previous experience working with DevOps/SRE and Cloud services, specially with GCP

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement and Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements. Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that align with business goals and support future business needs
• Client Engagement and Solution Design: Design comprehensive, scalable, and efficient solution options for clients. Create compelling, persuasive narratives in a client-ready format to propose solution options to clients
• Technical Leadership and Delivery: Lead the development of critical software components and directly contribute code artifacts to client solutions, as needed
• Technical Leadership and Delivery: Engage in hands-on software development activities, including coding, code reviews, and debugging to ensure the technical quality and integrity of solutions
• Strategic Partnership and Account Management: Partner with Client Service Teams (CST) to support and sustain strategic account management, innovation investments, and periodic business reviews
• Strategic Partnership and Account Management: Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios and communicate with your respective Service Area lead for pursuit and follow-up
• Sales Support and Business Development: Conduct client discovery calls to tell the Gorilla Logic story and credentialize our capabilities
• Sales Support and Business Development: Partner with the Sales organization to provide technical leadership and a solutions-based approach for sales pursuits and proposals
• Leadership and Internal Contribution: Participate as a member of the Solution Engineering Leadership Team (SELT), contributing to the strategic direction and key decisions for the Solution Engineering organization
