Summary
Join Coupa as a seasoned Solution Consultant and leverage your Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Procure-to-Invoice deployment expertise to guide global enterprises. You will utilize your deep understanding of purchasing, invoicing, and spend analytics, along with strong client management and communication skills, to lead successful implementations. Responsibilities include designing, mapping business processes, configuring best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes, and working with major companies to define their procurement activities. You will help customers achieve their goals, build strong relationships, and provide subject matter expertise. Additionally, you will create and improve implementation templates and champion their adoption. Up to 25% travel may be required.
Requirements
- Over 4 years of consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice processes, gained through procurement organizations, consulting firms, or software providers (e.g., SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, GEP)
- Strong client management skills with the ability to lead customers through best practice-driven design and ensure rapid, successful implementations
- Proven expertise in procurement systems, including prototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and delivering solutions; experience with Inventory, Expenses, or Spend Analytics is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal, essential for stakeholder engagement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of interpreting business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements
- Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple enterprise projects, work autonomously, and adjust to fast-paced environments and varied time zones
Responsibilities
- Enable customers in designing, mapping business processes to best practice solutions, configuring and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes
- Work with some of the largest companies in the world to guide them in defining the processes they use to manage their Procurement activities
- Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation solution architecture towards a successful, on-time implementation, taking into consideration Suite Synergy opportunities
- Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
- Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners and customers
- Create and/or improve implementation templates, best practices, training and presentations and be a champion for their adoption
- Manage customers where up to 25% of your time may include travel
