Join a global leader in industrial connected worker solutions as the Lead of Solution Consultancy, guiding solution consultants in designing optimal solutions for clients and reporting directly to the EVP of Digital Transformation.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a leadership role within Solution Consulting or a related field
  • 5+ years of strong understanding of industry-specific solutions and services. (i.e. O&G, Energy and Utilities, Manufacturing and Mining or similar industries)
  • 5+ years of prior experience of leading 2-5 team members and establishing a solution consulting practice
  • 2-3 years of prior experience working with SAP, IBM Maximo and/or APM systems
  • Strong experience of developing As-Is, To-Be processes and developing team competencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Track record of successfully leading teams and driving business growth
  • Experience implementing value-based methodologies, particularly Innovapptive's Value-Based Methodology
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Solution Consulting team, aligning efforts with overall business objectives
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive solution consulting strategy, best practices and playbooks to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Consultants
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and development
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, goals and help solution consulting team develop As-Is and To-Be Process Flows
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling and differentiated solutions that meet client needs and drive the highest value and impact
