Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or implementation roles, particularly in the Billing and ERP space
- Expertise in Billing and ERP solutions—NetSuite experience is highly preferred
- Proven track record of designing, documenting, and delivering clear project scopes, phased plans, and SOWs
- Exceptional project management skills, with experience driving long-term (6-12 months) enterprise-level projects to success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Dive into ZoneBilling implementation projects, uncover inefficiencies, and collaborate with teams to develop smarter, more efficient processes
- Craft scalable frameworks and templates to streamline our approach to SOWs and project plans
- Partner closely with GTM and sales teams to understand and shape client requirements during the pre-sales process
- Design tailored, impactful implementation plans that meet clients’ goals, timelines, and budgets—turning vision into reality
- Develop clear, actionable SOWs and project plans that ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Act as the essential bridge between sales, implementation teams, and clients, ensuring alignment and excellence throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide expert insights during sales calls and client meetings, helping to drive value and build long-term relationships
- Ensure seamless transitions from sales to professional services for smooth project execution
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating the latest best practices into our strategies and processes
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to optimize scoping and planning, ensuring ever-better delivery
- Be a key trainer and mentor, sharing knowledge and tools to enhance team performance and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in project management methodologies like PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2
- Experience working in professional services or consulting environments
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar
