Summary

Join Cedar's Delivery organization as a Solutions Architect to lead the integration of Cedar's platform with clients' healthcare management platforms. You will conduct client discovery, translate data, lead data validation and technical testing, develop integration strategies, and manage multiple technical and operational activities. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with both technical and operational stakeholders. You will also work closely with internal teams and serve as the voice of the customer. Cedar offers a flexible, remote-friendly work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience, including client-facing roles and experience with healthcare systems or payment processing technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience, with 2+ years experience in client-facing roles driving technical project leadership in an enterprise setting
  • Background working with any of the following: enterprise health care systems, digital consumer payments or backend payment processing technologies, enterprise system integrations or an Electronic Health Record company
  • Comfortable working with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure
  • Strong analytical capabilities with high proficiency in SQL
  • Effective and credible leading outcomes-focused client conversations
  • Experience communicating clear technical and business requirements to engineering
  • You feel comfortable working in a thriving entrepreneurial environment and have some level of comfort navigating through times of ambiguity
  • Lastly, you should be excited about Cedar's mission of improving the healthcare financial experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical and operational client discovery
  • Translate client data and formats to the Cedar infrastructure and schemas
  • Lead a data validation workflow to identify all root causes and troubleshoot issues for data mismatches or loading errors
  • Lead technical testing efforts for UAT to confirm all aspects of the solution are working as intended (i.e. data quality, access, performance)
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and operational stakeholders regarding networking, security, change approval processes, user authentication, and technical reviews
  • Develop an integration strategy based on requirements gathered from discovery
  • Manage several technical and operational activities during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation
  • Lead large cross-functional team efforts across Cedar
  • Manage multi-threaded, complex projects and succinctly convey progress against goals/milestones
  • Project managing open tasks and driving issues to resolution
  • Work closely with our integration teams to streamline future implementations
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders - engineering teams, account management, and product managers
  • Critical thinking through ambiguity in technical and operational workflows. Solutions should meet client requirements and a high bar for technical sustainability and quality
