Solutions Architect

Summary

The job involves collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, designing and implementing scalable Ontic solutions, identifying expansion opportunities, providing technical leadership, customizing existing solutions, and fostering strong client relationships. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect in a SaaS company managing large enterprise clients, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 5 plus years of experience as a Solutions Architect, in a SaaS company managing large enterprise clients
• Strong technical background with expertise in cloud platforms, programming languages, and SaaS architecture
• Experience with enterprise integration, client relationships or IT integration design
• Broad technology experience including cloud architecture, applications development, relational databases, SQL databases, analytics, machine learning, security, storage, and cloud migrations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective technical solutions
• Experience in identifying and capitalizing on expansion and upsell opportunities

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Ontic solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' current and future needs
• Actively identify expansion and upsell opportunities, working closely with the Account Management team to drive revenue growth
• Provide technical leadership and expertise throughout the client engagement lifecycle
• Customize and optimize existing solutions to accommodate clients' evolving needs and support their growth
• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and ongoing support
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal development teams, conveying feedback and requirements for continuous improvement
• Conduct training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the value of their Ontic investments
• Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the success of expansion initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
