Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical role, preferably in robotics, automation, or similar industries
  • System integration experience, including working with APIs, cloud platforms and IoT systems
  • Basic understanding of codebases, with the ability to review and understand software related to deployment, operation, or integration of robotic systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues during deployment and support phases
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Simbe Robotics' products
  • Design scalable and efficient architectures for robotic systems that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure successful deployment of solutions
  • QA as needed on existing tooling to ensure client needs are met
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the pre-sales process and post-deployment phases
  • Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of existing solutions to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree preferred
  • Experience with robotic frameworks like ROS (Robot Operating System) is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Tableau and experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to clients
