Responsibilities

  • Work with solutions architects to gather technical requirements
  • Assist in designing enterprise solutions that address business needs
  • Support the evaluation of existing solutions and the identification of areas for improvement
  • Help draft solution architecture diagrams, business capability models, and future-state technology blueprints
  • Assist in aligning solution delivery with business objectives
  • Prepare documentation of business and technical requirements
  • Participate in business capability and process mapping sessions
  • Help develop dashboards and reports to analyze key business metrics

Be a part of our 9-week Internship Development Program, where you will have the opportunity to apply knowledge gained through your college courses. Becoming a Solutions Architecture Intern is a great way to enhance your business acumen and gain insight into our industry. Interns are placed into meaningful roles that have an immediate and integral impact on the business.  The internship will be based in our Jersey City, NJ office and will run from June 2, 2025, through August 1, 2025. You must be available for all 9 weeks of the program.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable intern to support our Solutions Architecture team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are designed to meet both business and technical requirements.

What You Will Do:

  • Work with solutions architects to gather technical requirements and assist in designing enterprise solutions that address business needs.
  • Support the evaluation of existing solutions and the identification of areas for improvement.
  • Help draft solution architecture diagrams, business capability models, and future-state technology blueprints.
  • Assist in aligning solution delivery with business objectives, ensuring the architecture supports scalability and growth.
  • Prepare documentation of business and technical requirements and ensure clear communication between teams.
  • Participate in business capability and process mapping sessions, ensuring alignment between business strategy and IT capabilities.
  • Help develop dashboards and reports to analyze key business metrics and provide insights.

What You Will Have:

  • A rising college senior enrolled in courses related to Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts (AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to bridge the gap between business and IT.
  • Understanding of solution design principles and business process modeling.
