Summary
Join Figma's growing solutions consultant team as the first dedicated member supporting our federal segment. This pivotal role will drive Figma's growth by partnering with sales, product, and marketing teams. You will paint the vision of the Figma platform, guide customers, support the sales team, own customer IT and security relationships, collaborate with product and support teams, strengthen Figma's security reputation, design and scale technical sales efforts, and create engaging content. This full-time role can be based in a US hub or remotely within the US. You will build strong relationships and work with a team of passionate individuals dedicated to making design accessible to all. Figma offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Requirements
- 4+ years professional experience including familiarity with positioning software in a presales capacity and implementing technology post-sales
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, learn quickly, and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills within a variety of audiences and an interest in delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations
- Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end and willingness to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
Responsibilities
- Paint the vision of the Figma Platform through product demonstrations and presentations
- Guide customers in realizing the value through successful onboarding and enablement programs
- Support the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to prospective customers (pre-sales) and existing customers (post-sales)
- Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise questions
- Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and help influence the product roadmap
- Strengthen Figma's security reputation by understanding customer concerns about data access and working with product and legal teams to resolve findings
- Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between our customers, sales and product teams
- Create thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners surrounding the Figma platform
- Collaborate with amazing Figmates to hone your craft and execute daily
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with developer workflows and frontend frameworks
- Awareness and understanding of Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)
- Experience working with federal and/or state agencies
