Summary
Join ServiceNow as a Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, Global Partners! This highly visible leadership role involves managing a team of pre-sales Partner Technology Strategists supporting Global Partners. You will be responsible for driving team performance, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the Global Partnerships & Channels strategy. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with extensive pre-sales experience in web and cloud technologies and a strong track record of success in large enterprise environments. Requirements
- 6+ years of leadership experience preferably within Pre-Sales
- 10+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
- BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
- Has experience in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations – partner aligned organizations are preferred
- Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP’s, and CXO’s)
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the partner business and their domain expertise to align a partner’s capabilities to our complementary markets
- Create new business and offerings with those partners that generate valuable outcomes for our shared customers
- Generate new paths to revenue for both ServiceNow and our partners
- Maintain strong relationships with counterparts in the Sales, Services, Support, Marketing and other organizations to ensure alignment of organizational activities and directions
- Develop and maintain a world class team that consistently executes towards our Global Partnerships & Channels strategy
- Be responsible for their teams’ career planning and development, team development and hiring per the dynamic needs of the organization, and other administrative duties relative to team management
