Summary

Join ServiceNow as a Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, leading a team of pre-sales Partner Solution Consultants focused on building our ISV Solutions ecosystem. You will manage a highly skilled team, driving business and solution creation with ISV partners to generate revenue for both ServiceNow and our partners. This leadership role requires expertise in web and cloud technologies, proven success in software pre-sales, and experience in large enterprise environments. Responsibilities include team career planning, development, and hiring, as well as maintaining strong relationships with internal counterparts. The role involves up to 50% travel. Requirements

  • 6+ years of leadership experience preferably within Pre-Sales
  • 10+ years of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting experience
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations – partner aligned organizations are preferred
  • Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Offering Managers, Directors, VP’s, and CXO’s)

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the ISV partner business and their domain expertise to align a partner’s capabilities to our complementary markets
  • Create new business and solutions with those partners that generate valuable outcomes for our shared customers
  • Generate new paths to revenue for both ServiceNow and our partners through our Store
  • Manage a team of pre-sales Partner Solution Consultants
  • Be responsible for their teams’ career planning and development
  • Be responsible for team development and hiring per the dynamic needs of the organization
  • Be responsible for other administrative duties relative to team management
  • Maintain strong relationships with counterparts in the Sales, Services, Support, Marketing and other organizations to ensure alignment of organizational activities and directions
