This fully remote position (with hybrid options in Chicago) focuses on designing, building, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to create tailored demo experiences, accelerating the sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining demo environments, collaborating with sales teams, building self-service demos in AWS, delivering engaging presentations, and automating demo processes. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, demo engineering or technical product marketing
- Strong knowledge of software development, SaaS, APIs and cloud platforms
- Experience creating or managing technical environments for demos or POCs
- Ability to translate technical features into business value
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain high-impact demo environments that reflect real-world customer scenarios
- Collaborate with sales reps, solution engineers and product managers to understand customer needs and design tailored demo flows
- Build self-service and live demo assets in AWS using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
- Deliver engaging live or recorded demonstrations for prospects and partners
- Automate and optimize demo environment deployment, resetting and data generation
- Train sales and marketing teams on demo best practices and asset usage
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve demo experience and capabilities
- Work with product and engineering to represent customer pain points and advocate for demo-related features
