Oversee solution builds, mentor junior colleagues, create executive-level presentations, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence platform development and support go-to-market readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software delivery
• Deep understanding of Orgvue (2+ years preferred), or combination of business context (people analytics, org. design, workforce planning) and technical mastery in similar workforce planning or data visualization platforms
• Strong programming and integration skills – advanced JavaScript and proficiency with SQL, and Python
• Proven track record in building client-ready solutions and leading technical engagements
• Ability to think strategically, operate independently, and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and executives
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or combination of Bachelor’s Degree and relevant technical experience

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for complex Partner needs and large-scale initiatives, owning technical outcomes from discovery through deployment
• Act as a technical authority on the Orgvue platform, providing expert guidance to Partners and internal stakeholders
• Translate strategic Partner requirements into scalable solution designs and reusable assets (packs, APIs, templates, documentation)
• Serve as a thought leader for the Partner Solutions team, shaping the roadmap through market and client feedback
• Oversee and review solution builds, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment to product best practices
• Mentor junior colleagues, providing technical and strategic oversight across projects
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Customer Experience teams to influence platform development and support go-to-market readiness
