Summary
Join Reality Defender's NYC-based Sales Engineer team to demo deepfake detection platform, solution potential API integrations with prospective clients, and act as technical point of contact for potential clients from qualification through pilot to successful contract signing.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Python, Java, NodeJs, Typescript, Go with a strong emphasis on adapting scalable software solutions to customer needs
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and On-Premises
- Experience with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery concepts
- Deep understanding of testing, continuous integration, build, deployment & monitoring
- Database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, NoSQL, or similar database technologies
- Experience in frontend technologies, like TypeScript, Remix, Next.js , Remix, Tailwind CSS
- Deliver technical product demos and presentations, and be the technical POC during pilots
- Think on your feet to provide real time recommendations during client interactions and scope technical integrations based on client requirements
- Communicate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot integrations and be the voice of the technical customer internally
- You will connect with peers throughout Reality Defender to learn, contribute, and share best practices
- You own the technical sales process from stem to stern, working in tandem with our Head of Growth to identify, qualify and scope opportunities, build and maintain account plans, and execute proof of concept engagements as needed to convert opportunities into technical victories
- You're constantly building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders as well as the reseller partners and internal Reality Defender resources who all contribute to the success of your customers
- Become a trusted advisor amongst our prospects and customers in order to gain mind-share and ensure project success
