Summary

As a Lead Solutions Engineer at Included Health, you will be responsible for launching and maintaining high-quality experiences for strategic customer accounts. You will work cross functionally with key account and engineering leaders to execute project plans and deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate has previous technical experience configuring and customizing complex software solutions for customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering capacity or similar role involving a blend of technical and programming fundamentals & working with both internal and external customers
  • Strong technical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL
  • Proven track record of identifying opportunities for better operational processes and business opportunities, with the ability to execute and deliver impactful solutions
  • Established pattern of success when working remotely
  • B.S. or equivalent degree or experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Launch Managers to launch Included Health Services for large and strategic customer accounts
  • Partner with the engineering teams on new customization requests and optimization opportunities
  • Own the solution as the liaison between the customer and engineering
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and engineering to support existing accounts
  • Quickly root-case issues and provide thoughtful solutions
  • Represent Included Health as the technical contact on calls with our customers and their partners
  • Encourage and mentor the technical growth of your teammates
