Summary
Join Pearl Talent as a Sourcing Lead and lead a team of sourcers in a remote capacity (LATAM and PH based). You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, engaging high-caliber candidates, and mentoring your team. This role requires 4+ years of experience in sourcing and 1–2 years in team leadership, along with strong command of outbound sourcing tools. You will build sourcing playbooks, conduct market research, and use data to drive decision-making. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment marketing, or outbound talent acquisition — ideally in agency or startup environments
- 1–2 years in a team leadership or mentorship role with proven ability to drive performance and outcomes
- Strong command of outbound sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Gem, SourceWhale, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to write and guide magnetic outreach that speaks to high performers
- Comfort working with data and dashboards to evaluate and steer team performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset — scrappy, strategic, and obsessed with quality
Responsibilities
- Build sourcing playbooks tailored for top 1% talent — from startup operators to tech leaders to healthcare professionals
- Lead market research and talent mapping to identify strategic pools, passive talent, and under-tapped geographies
- Use data and trends to drive decision-making, and adjust sourcing strategy by role type, level, and urgency
- Guide your team on writing compelling outreach and job positioning that sells the opportunity to top performers
- Partner with marketing and employer branding to align messaging, visuals, and outreach sequences
- A/B test outbound templates, personalize at scale, and optimize engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Twitter
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–8 sourcers; set clear KPIs and coach them toward quality, speed, and consistency
- Build a high-performance culture rooted in experimentation, accountability, and elite standards
- Lead calibration sessions, share best practices, and continuously level up team capabilities
- Ensure healthy and targeted pipelines across priority roles — with clear tracking of response rates, quality of shortlists, and conversion benchmarks
- Align closely with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements, personas, and screening thresholds
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor funnel health, optimize team workload, and spot pipeline risks early
- Refine sourcing processes and tech stack to support speed and quality at scale
- Maintain data hygiene across sourcing tools, ATS/CRM, and candidate databases
- Recommend and implement tools that enable better sourcing automation, sequencing, or analytics
