Sourcing Recruiter

Summary

Join Work With Your Handz as a Sourcing Recruiter! This fully remote, contract-to-start position offers a base salary of $43,000-$50,000 and focuses on skilled trades and light industrial recruitment. You will make at least 50 outbound calls daily, conduct phone screens, and source candidates through the company's ATS and job boards. A structured training program and supportive management are provided. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of agency recruiting experience in a metrics-driven environment within the specified industry and excellent communication skills. Bilingualism is a plus.

Requirements

• Have 1-2 years of Agency Recruiting Experience in another Metrics Driven Position only
• Have an understanding of the residential services, skilled trades, construction or light industrial industry
• Have an open mind to learn the company's Processes and what works best in this Industry
• Be eager to learn this industry and what it takes to be successful in it!
• Possess stellar communication skills, both written and spoken
• Have an always-on-the-go mindset, deft time management, and an unwavering focus on objectives

Responsibilities

• Make at least 50 outbound calls a day to candidates
• Source candidates in the company's ATS or on job boards
• Conduct daily phone screens to interview candidates
• Become a sourcing guru to search for candidates on job boards and the company's extensive database
• Sell your candidates on the client company, what they offer, and what the position is. Get them excited for the interview!
• Assess, interview, and ascertain candidate compatibility
• Stay in touch with your candidates, from initial touchpoints to Hire
