Requirements

  • Hold a Trade Certificate, Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Possess strong leadership skills and a focus on customer service
  • Have extensive experience in large high volume kitchen environments
  • Have a thorough working knowledge of the resources sector
  • Be flexible to work a variety of rosters and shifts
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the kitchen staff in maintaining a customer-focused, secure and safe working environment
  • Coordinate and support staff in daily catering operations
  • Oversee food service across breakfast, crib, dinner and adhoc bar meals
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure safety
