Requirements

• 4+ years in public accounting OR 2+ years in public and 2+ in internal audit within a US public company OR PCAOB experience
• Heavy concentration SOX testing/compliance experience at a large public company within the last 4-5 years OR advisory/consultant experience with accelerated US public companies working directly on Sarbanes Oxley implantation, remediation, testing, or compliance
• Experience leading small teams or working on project teams with direct reports

Responsibilities

Assist clients with SOX 404 testing/implementation/compliance
