Summary

The Specialist, Distribution & Logistics is responsible for managing distribution center operations, inventory integrity, and logistics processes. They oversee 3PL management, intercompany transfer, operational efficiency, SAP transactions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Degree in any general discipline or related field
  • 4 to 6 years’ experience in D&L, Retail industry preferred
  • SAP, Excel, Business English (Intermediate level)
  • Collaborative, Proactive, Independent

Responsibilities

  • 1. Oversee all aspects of DC operations including inbound receiving, outbound distribution, store pullback, E-commerce returns, and value-added services for products
  • Manage the country D&L warehouse, delivery & returns operations to meet P&L budget & internal/external SLA/KPI
  • Ensure ops/system processes, SLA/KPI are updated, documented, reviewed & signed off with stakeholders
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with 3rd party DC partners, reporting on their performance and communicating any gaps in service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage outbound Intercompany stock transfer PO in accordance with internal Policy
  • Manage the export clearance process in liaison with Crocs Trade Compliance team
  • Drive and monitor logistics flow to ensure products reach the market swiftly and efficiently, supporting other business functions to elevate customer satisfaction levels
  • Establish best practices with logistics partners for operation efficiency, speed to market, and cost-effectiveness, applicable to DC within Korea
  • Perform D&L related transactions in SAP, ensuring accuracy and solving discrepancies
  • Verify monthly costs and confirm billings, utilizing data analytics and reporting for continuous improvement to reduce total costs and enhance service levels
  • Build up cross-functional collaboration with internal parties, including inbound logistics, trade and compliance, product, digital, retail, and IT
  • On a regular basis, share operational knowledge related to DC and logistics with store managers, retail teams, and other relevant departments to improve efficiency
  • Support the preparation and execution of RFQ to assist in selecting and onboarding optimal logistics service providers
  • Spearhead cross-functional projects aimed at refining logistics and distribution processes, reducing waste, and accelerating market responsiveness
