Requirements

• Recent graduate with some working experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of exchange inventory to ensure compliance with brand-safe advertising practices
• Assist in addressing inquiries and requests from the sales team through Freshdesk
• Participate in training sessions on processes and best practices to enhance understanding of platform quality initiatives
• Support research efforts to analyse advertising laws, regulations, and industry developments globally
• Assist in the preparation of reports detailing key metrics related to platform quality
• Aid in maintaining data hygiene, record-keeping, and troubleshooting activities to support platform integrity and functionality
