Specialist Professional Services Engineer

Summary

You will be part of a customer-facing team delivering and implementing NICE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for major financial institutions. This role offers exposure to critical financial compliance regulations and involves developing, configuring, and customizing Actimize products. You will work in a multi-disciplinary environment using agile and waterfall methodologies. NICE offers a flexible hybrid work model (NICE-FLEX) with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote. Experience: 7+ Years

Responsibilities

• Develop/Configure/Customization software feature(s) according to design document & enterprise software standards
• Work in multi-disciplinary environment with Architects and Business Analysts using waterfall and agile project methodologies
• Ability to work independently & complete complex tasks
• Planning and Performing Unit and functionality testing to ensure fit to design
• Supporting customer by solving functionality problems
• Interface independently with various R&D and PS Groups and with Customer Support

Preferred Qualifications

• Actimize knowledge/Development experience
• Professional services / Implementation exposure
• Ability to resolve problems of moderate scope which requires an analysis based on a • review of a variety of factors
