Requirements

  • Completed studies with a focus on marketing and/or communication or equivalent education (e.g., Kauffrau/Kaufmann (m/w/d) for Marketing Communication)
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of Display & Programmatic or Social Media
  • Knowledge of common DSPs (DV360, TheTradeDesk, AdForm, etc.) and various social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest)
  • Established network with vermarkters
  • Experience in creating and maintaining presentations
  • Affinity for numbers, understanding of tracking and data feeds, as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to plan strategically along the customer journey in the context of cross-channel media planning
  • Fluency in German on a native level and good English knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Implement and steer classical display bookings at vermarkters, data-driven programmatics display, RTB, and online-video campaigns (Full-Funnel) as well as paid social media measures for our diverse customers
  • Act as a contact person for our customers during strategic annual planning, present strategies, and independently manage customer projects
  • Participate in pitches, coordinate the derivation of individual, channel-specific recommendations, and understand the interaction between channels
  • Be responsible for parts of the professional onboarding of new colleagues in the team and act as a mentor for our trainees
  • Continuously monitor performance, ensure quality control of ad integration, optimize, and further develop campaigns
  • Provide recommendations for the further development of campaigns and be responsible for budget planning as well as the derived controlling of relevant KPIs
  • Look beyond digital borders and provide customers with advice and support also for classical (offline) marketing measures (e.g., radio)
  • Participate in fairs, workshops, and branch-relevant events, exchange ideas with partners and customers, expand your skill set, and share new findings and experiences within the team
