Summary

The Springboard Fellow is a two-year position at the University of Florida Hillel where you will build relationships with students, plan and execute engaging events, and help inspire students to make a commitment to Jewish life. The fellowship offers training in relationship-based engagement, human-centered design, and entrepreneurial frameworks.

• 0 -3 years of professional work experience
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to shaping the culture of UF Hillel by engaging 100s of students
• Collaborate with students and colleagues to develop meaningful initiatives and manage our first-year-only leadership development program
• Build relationships with students by engaging them in meaningful conversations and connecting them to Jewish life on campus
• Have coffee with student leaders to brainstorm creative ways to engage new first-year students
• Recruit for small group learning experiences and Israel travel opportunities
• Support large-scale initiatives that reach thousands of college students
• Map out a plan to strategically build one-on-one relationships with 180 students currently not engaged in Jewish life
• Supervise student interns who are responsible for engaging first-year students in Jewish life on campus
