Summary

SmithRx is looking for a dynamic and resourceful email marketer to manage prospect and customer email communication. The marketing team is small but mighty, focusing on data-driven growth strategies. The Email Marketer will work cross-functionally with various teams to develop and execute email programs, aiming to improve key business KPIs such as pipeline creation, win rate, and customer retention.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience developing email marketing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience with Marketo or Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Experience with dynamic content
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
  • Strong project management and eagerness to learn new skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for email performance against key top-line business KPIs including pipeline creation, win rate, and customer retention
  • Create responsive live-text and image-based emails using WYSIWYG, HTML, and CSS email oriented best practices
  • Apply email best practices and rigorous testing to ensure that conversion metrics are met and our brand is communicated effectively
  • Partner with fellow marketers to develop campaign assets that align with the company's brand guidelines
  • Build emails and segments primarily in Pardot, manage approvals and previews, then hit send on campaigns
  • Continuously analyze, scrutinize, and test hypotheses to drive results including target segmentation and A/B creative testing
  • Own email QA from design rendering to email functionality
