Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in coordinating complex IT projects
• Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Project Management methodologies
• Proven ability to identify optimal solutions across diverse contexts, evaluating multiple alternatives, anticipated outcomes, and potential risks
• Strong strategic planning skills and methodology adaptation, combined with team management skills to drive alignment and achieve common objectives
• Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, fostering a collaborative environment and establishing a shared vision for project success
• Manage resource allocations and workload assignments in strict alignment with delivery requirements and projected financial performance
• Rigorously evaluate plans and dependencies while monitoring estimates, schedules, and deviations to maintain project integrity
• Formulate and propose strategic adjustments to maintain delivery objectives while ensuring customer sign-off on all critical milestones
• Foster a professional and transparent environment among all stakeholders, including the delivery team, client, and client partners
• Identify and propose process improvements, cost optimization strategies, and time-saving measures to enhance project efficiency
