Summary

Join Leadtech as their Head of Product and lead the execution of product strategies during a critical growth phase. You will be responsible for defining and planning a strategic product roadmap aligned with business goals, implementing robust reporting frameworks, and providing actionable insights on product performance. The role requires strong leadership skills to set a strategic direction, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative environment. You will also oversee multiple specialized roles and teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers, and Product Analysts. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product, with a focus on B2C Subscription Business models
  • Proven track record of successful product implementation in the USA and/or European markets
  • Strong organization and project coordination across squads
  • Skilled in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team communication
  • Able to translate business strategy into actionable product work
  • Curious about tech innovations โ€” AI, APIs, automation โ€” and their application to your product
  • You speak the language of data: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels, etc
  • Experience with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, VWO, JIRA, and Product Documentation
  • Background in UX/UI principles and accessibility standards
  • Experience with workflows and user Journeys Mapping
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or technical MSc is a plus
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze Product and Marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine Product strategies
  • Define and plan a strategic Product Roadmap that sets clear and achievable objectives that are aligned with Business goals, including multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Lead and monitor the development of the Product roadmap and analyze within the product team the impact of the implemented strategy and results
  • Understand the Product 360 to anticipate upcoming changes on the markets
  • Implement robust reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights on Product performance and development effectiveness. Ensure transparency by aligning data with business objectives and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams and stakeholders
  • Define and track KPIs like LTV, conversion ratios, retention, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels, etc
  • Provide regular updates on the implementation results and provide strategic recommendations to increase a positive impact
  • Optimized the operational Product workflow to streamline productivity with the product team and collaboration processes
  • Work closely with the Product team and departments to promote initiatives that will help the product to be better and support cross-functional goals
  • Strong leadership by setting a strategic direction and ambitious goals
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner to stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations with clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team success
  • Collaborate with HHRR on budgeting, hiring, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing, empowered Product Team with multiple Squads

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a scale-up or fast-paced product development environment
  • Experience working with offshore/remote teams and multicultural environments
