Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proven Track Record: Strong existing book of business and a history of successful sales performance
  • CRM Experience: Strong experience using CRM systems to manage sales activities, track client interactions, and analyze sales data
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling abilities, including experience in negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline effectively

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Utilize your established book of business to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to new prospects through cold calling to generate leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients to understand their recruitment challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase the unique features and benefits of our platform through engaging presentations, demos, and tailored proposals
  • Negotiation and Closing: Drive the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless transition for clients
  • Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
  • CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using our CRM system
  • Sales Reporting: Report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and client feedback to ensure alignment with overall business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment or HR technology solutions is highly preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS or related services is a plus
