Sr. Affiliate Manager

The job is for a 100% remote Affiliate Manager position at The Credit Pros, a leading credit repair company. The role involves managing the digital affiliate program, cultivating relationships with existing and new affiliates, and driving traffic to TCP's website to increase clients and sales.

Requirements

• Min 2 yrs. experience in the digital marketing space
• Post secondary education in sales and/or marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital affiliate program for The Credit Pros (TCP)
• Support the Director of Business Development by cultivating deep business relationships with existing traffic partners
• Assist in onboarding new partners and oversee their setup and technical integrations with TCP's systems
• Provide targeted solutions for partners, offer ongoing support, and create an engagement rhythm & meetings/calls
• Hunt for new opportunities to identify new potential affiliate partners, pitch, close, and onboard new sales deals
• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure optimal service management for clients
• Provide comprehensive reporting with appropriate data that helps drive the engagement and partnership and results in opportunities and growth
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliate partners
• Reengage inactive affiliates partners by offering new opportunities and solutions for collaboration
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase both affiliate and site /program performance
