Sr. Frontend Developer

Summary

The job is for a Senior Frontend Engineer at Intract, a dynamic startup building an intuitive Web3 discovery platform with over 10M users. The role involves owning and building next-generation web applications, developing user interface components using React concepts, participating in design and code reviews, ensuring system performance, collaborating with teams to resolve production issues, and more.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience of working as a ReactJS developer
• Strong technical skills in NextJs, ReactJs, Javascript, HTML, CSS and react frameworks
• Good logical understanding in Data structures & algorithms
• Understanding of browser internals and the network stack
• Basic awareness of application security practices and deployment techniques for frontend projects

Responsibilities

• Own and build next-generation web applications that are efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems
• Develop highly responsive user interface components using react concepts
• As part of an innovative, fast-paced team, actively participate in design and code reviews to build robust applications and prototypes
• Ensure that all the assigned systems are performing to scale
• Work closely with co-founders, product managers and backend engineers to decompose UI/UX flow into actionable tasks and ensure timely features delivery
• Ability to collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams to quickly triage production issues, determine root cause, and develop an action plan for resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest is a plus
• Fluency in using Git and GitHub
• Ability to write concise and structured code
• Attitude to work in highly dynamic environment as a self motivated, self initiated and independent individual contributor delivering maximum impact for the product
• UI/UX design sense
• CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind
• Understanding of SSR, SSG, CSR
