Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in fields related to graphic design
- 3+ years of experience in direct to consumer companies; prior experience as a mid-level designer
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptionally skilled in image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form, and color theory
- Highly organized, able to multitask, effective in time management, working on multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality brand standards
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where workflows change and move rapidly
- Proactive and highly motivated team player
- Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
- Create best-in-class paid static and animated ads for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Develop and execute smart, unexpected creative solutions as well as maintain design identity aesthetics per brand
- Manage projects from concept to delivery; refine drafts and generate creative concepts
- Create icons, charts and infographics that effectively communicate key messages
- Ensure all output is of the highest quality and reflects the Quince brand standards
- Collaborate with Creative, Growth Marketing, Brand, and Social to ensure our ad creative is adhering to our always evolving brand identity
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee the work of junior designers on the performance marketing team
