- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive presentations and engage effectively with C-level executives
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that accelerate growth and market share within the SMB segment
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure APACβs SMB needs are represented in Afterpayβs global initiatives
- Enhance sales processes and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and performance within the SMB market
- Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Lead efforts to reduce merchant churn by developing and implementing targeted strategies aimed at improving retention within the SMB segment
- Oversee and drive the success of key programs within the SMB segment, ensuring they deliver measurable ROI
- Work in close partnership with product, pricing, sales, marketing, and support teams to optimize the sales funnel, improve merchant acquisition and retention
