Remote Sr. Network Cloud Engineer

Summary

Join our team as an experienced Cloud Engineer with a network focus. Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc. Requires a Bachelor's degree, proven experience, strong understanding of cloud architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MSSQL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and IAC principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with VMware for virtualization
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB
• Proficiency in MSSQL and database administration
• Strong knowledge of GO programming language
• Storage Area Networking (iSCSI) experience
• Load balancing knowledge (A10 preferred)

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain hybrid Azure / Cisco Routing / Cisco Nexus ACI / Palo Alto - Panorama / A10 seamless cloud network
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) practices using Terraform and Ansible
• Work with both Windows and Linux (RHEL) operating systems
• Manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications
• Utilize Python scripting for automation and custom tooling
• Implement secure vaulting solutions for sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications

Azure certification (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104) is a plus
