Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in privacy compliance, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• In-depth knowledge of global privacy laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all privacy laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive privacy policies and procedures
• Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and audits
• Develop and deliver privacy training programs
• Conduct privacy impact assessments for new products, services, and initiatives
• Manage and respond to data subject access requests
• Evaluate the privacy practices of third-party vendors and service providers
• Develop and oversee incident response procedures for privacy breaches
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to incorporate privacy principles into the design and development of products and services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities on privacy matters

Relevant privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM)
