Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, with a strong focus on Selenium WebDriver and C#. Expertise in .NET framework/core is essential
- Performance Testing: Proficiency in performance testing methodologies and tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) to assess and optimize application performance
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to tackle complex issues
- Communication & Influence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Quality Advocate: A genuine passion for quality and the ability to motivate others to prioritize quality throughout the SDLC
- Testing Methodologies: Sound knowledge of various testing methodologies and their appropriate applications (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Testing Strategy & Planning: Employ a diverse range of testing methodologies to create comprehensive test plans for each product or feature
- Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites (UI and API) for our .NET applications, focusing on Selenium WebDriver with C#
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other quality engineers
- Shift Left: Champion the adoption of quality practices early in the SDLC, collaborating with developers to identify and address potential issues
- Performance & Scalability: Design and execute performance and scalability tests to ensure our applications can handle high traffic loads
- Quality Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key quality metrics to gain valuable insights into product health and drive continuous improvement
- Root Cause Analysis & Prevention: Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the product life cycle

- Compensation: The salary range for this position is: $94,000 - $141,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus
